At Louis Dupont, we have anticipated the entire execution chain to accompany you in these important and often urgent moments from the selection of managers to the handover.
1
A precise inventory of the "Business" skills, the sectors of activity and the experience gained.
An evaluation of the managerial capacities (soft skills) and operational capacities validated during the taking of references.
Systematic reference taking before integration into our network of interim resolution managers.
2
When you entrust us with a need, we interview the managers we pre-select for the interim assignment. It is at this point that we present them with the specificities of the project and validate the adequacy of their know-how.
3
This device is the result of a selection of the best transition managers, those who are the most adapted to succeed in the project and start as soon as possible.
4
We are present at all the interviews with the candidates. This is an essential moment which will be the basis for the realization and the follow-up of the mission.
5
Because we build our relationships on the long term and we are in a logic of transparency, we give a feedback to all the managers we have solicited for the mission.
If you have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to contact us.
They are experienced men and women who wish to take charge of concrete and operational issues by making their skills available to you. The interim managers who are part of the Louis Dupont network have been met by our teams in order to validate their know-how and their interpersonal skills.
When our clients entrust us with assignments, we work with them to define their needs and present them with a team of interim managers who meet the technical and managerial requirements. Our role is also to ensure the right match between the client's know-how and corporate culture, so that the assignment is a success. Our team is made up of at least 3 interim manager profiles.
Before starting the mission, we will build the Mission Trajectory with the interim manager. In general, an assignment starts with a flash audit of the situation as seen by the manager. This is also an opportunity to identify the risks and difficulties to be expected on the project, followed by a weekly review between the manager and the client in order to monitor progress regularly.
When the mission is completed, the manager leaves the company where he or she has been working. Sometimes an internal person takes over. Our interim managers work with our clients on an ad hoc basis, and when they leave, they document their departure to ensure continuity. The Louis Dupont process also provides for us to come back a few months after the assignment to ensure that the project is continuing on the right path.
