    Introduction

After earning his MBA in strategy and marketing at Yale, David decided to pursue a career in organizational consulting. He wanted to lead transformation and change projects within companies in a variety of sectors. He went on to work for several major consulting firms, including Ernst & Young, PwC, and IBM. These experiences taught him how to manage targeted projects within a defined timeframe.

    His career

He then created his own firm, Infineo, which was acquired by Deloitte, where he became an associate director. This acquisition led him to merge his team with Deloitte’s.

He chose interim management because he was keen to apply his experience to smaller companies after serving as HR Director at Google and Chanel. Where he especially enjoyed learning about the company’s different business lines and tracking the entire production chain from design to final product. David really enjoyed working on a specific assignment, within a given time frame, without having to deal with internal political issues. This position gave him valuable perspective on the situations he encountered. Which allowed him to be very effective during his assignments as an interim manager.

These experiences have made his approach to interim management extremely comprehensive. He has recruited, led transformations as a consultant, and then managed operational projects as an HR director and interim manager. This expertise gives him rare legitimacy.

Becoming a partner at LOUIS DUPONT was a natural and logical next step for David. His experience as a consultant and HR director, his knowledge of how executive committees work make him an expert capable of identifying and selecting the best candidates.

David chose LOUIS DUPONT for its comprehensive and structured approach. He particularly appreciated the combination of interim management with the expertise of partners specialized in their sector marked by corporate transformation.
