This mission takes place in a performance turnaround context, requiring enhanced management of economic indicators, coupled with a strategic project to migrate to a new tool, replacing an obsolete system.

    Key Objectives of the Assignment

    This transition mission had several objectives for the company.
    1. Quick assumption of the vacant areas (flows, costs, transportation) to secure daily operations
    2. Guarantee the production of cost analyses and operational KPIs to enable precise performance management
    3. Support the transformation related to the new tool by analyzing impacts, ensuring data reliability, and training teams
    4. Preparation for the handover to a future successor by structuring tools, methods, and monitoring supports

    Roles and Key Responsibilities

    A Transition Management Controller supervises costs, drives performance, and supports teams and tools in their transformation.
