This transition mission had several objectives for the company:
- Implementation of the RPS plan, coordinating stakeholders, actions, and plan monitoring
- Preparation of the CSE social calendar, including mandatory consultations (strategic orientations, social policy)
- Harmonization of internal pay scales, consolidating external sources and proposing coherent adjustments
- Structuring of HR procedures and automation of social reporting to enhance team clarity and responsiveness
His Roles and Key Responsibilities
A HR Transition Project Manager leads social initiatives (RPS, CSE), compensation, processes, and reporting, while supporting managers and talent.- Coordination of the RPS PlanOrganization and facilitation of meetings, liaison with the external firm, management and monitoring of actions
- Preparation of CSE CommitteesCollection and consolidation of social data, creation of reports, production of materials for mandatory consultations
- Drafting and Structuring of the Compensation PolicyCreation of materials, manager kits, benchmarks, and summaries for the committees
- Formalization of HR Procedures and Automation of ReportingCreation of processes, documentation, and dynamic Excel tools for effective and sustainable HR management
- Talent Monitoring and Managerial SupportIdentification of potentials, support to managers in team management, and implementation of HR development tools
