    Gender equality

    Since 2024, LOUIS DUPONT has been actively contributing to the success of the objectives of the RIXAIN LAW passed in December 2021, which aims to accelerate economic and professional equality by requiring balanced representation of women and men among senior executives and members of the governing bodies of large companies, accompanied by a requirement for transparency in this area. In partnership with EDHEC’s GLOBAL MBA as part of the Sustainable Impact Challenge, we have co-produced a Guide (which has won two awards) to effective and innovative solutions that can be implemented immediately to achieve the objectives of this law. We are also developing a new interim management solution for our clients: the Relais for senior management positions, which allows the position to be reserved until a talented woman from within the organisation who is not yet available can be found.

    As a member of the SENIORS FORCE PLUS board, a partner of Club Landoy and a supporter of the Senior for Good initiative, we affirm our commitment to seniors. We believe in the wealth of experience they bring.

    Inclusion and disability

    Work-based support establishments or services (ESAT) enable people with disabilities to engage in professional activity while receiving medical, social and educational support in a protected environment with a view to promoting their personal development. We have chosen to work with AndiKado, the leading online solidarity shop for products manufactured, personalised and/or packaged in ESATs.

    This allows us to contribute to the professional integration of workers with disabilities; to raise awareness among our employees and our ecosystem about the fight against discrimination and exclusion; and to participate as a player in the solidarity economy.We are also partners of the ARPEJEH association, which is committed to a policy in favour of people with disabilities, equal opportunities and diversity.

    In 2023, LOUIS DUPONT obtained AFNOR ENGAGÉ RSE certification at the confirmed level, which assesses the degree to which the principles of ISO 26000 is integrated into the organisation’s strategy and management. This international standard aims to provide guidelines for social responsibility, in line with major international founding texts such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the conventions of the International Labour Organisation.

    This translates into concrete actions on a daily basis, including: responsible purchasing; appropriate working conditions; and transparency, ethical rules on non-discrimination
