    In a context of strong growth and rapid industrialization, the group, specialized in the Industrial sector, plans to evolve its factory network by 2026. This ambition requires a fast and rigorous structuring of industrial, financial, and environmental performance management. In response to this growth, the company is calling upon an Interim Plant Director to initiate and lead a strategic transformation, with the primary objective of spreading a performance culture at all levels of the organization.

    Key Objectives of the Assignment

    This transition mission had several objectives for the company.
    1. Deployment of a consistent operational and financial reporting system, focused on continuous improvement
    2. Ensuring regulatory compliance of sites in terms of safety, environment, and quality
    3. Implementation of an industrial performance optimization plan aimed at reliability, profitability, and sustainability of facilities
    4. Professionalization of field teams by establishing structured management capable of conveying performance objectives

    His Roles and Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Structuring of the Operations Department Creation of standards, definition of roles, structuring of operational processes
    • Deploy a Unified Reporting System Development of reporting for operational assets, including financial, technical, and environmental indicators
    • Ensure Site Compliance Securing facilities, adherence to environmental standards, and regulatory documentation
    • Launch and Monitor an Optimization Plan Analysis of gaps, corrective action plans, sharing of best practices across sites
    • Structure and Support Management Clarification of responsibilities, managerial support, and skills development
