In response to this growth, the company is calling upon an Interim Plant Director to initiate and lead a strategic transformation, with the primary objective of spreading a performance culture at all levels of the organization.Key Objectives of the Assignment

His Roles and Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Structuring of the Operations Department Creation of standards, definition of roles, structuring of operational processes
- Deploy a Unified Reporting System Development of reporting for operational assets, including financial, technical, and environmental indicators
- Ensure Site Compliance Securing facilities, adherence to environmental standards, and regulatory documentation
- Launch and Monitor an Optimization Plan Analysis of gaps, corrective action plans, sharing of best practices across sites
- Structure and Support Management Clarification of responsibilities, managerial support, and skills development
